I am so disgruntled

What am I paying for monthly firstly I am getting accounts all over for procedures that I had to do that Top Med does not cover for short payments all over I am so unhappy and disgruntled by this poor services nobody getting back to a person nobody actually caring enough to understand the consumers needs first a short payment of R2500 for my lymph scan now a short payment of 1100 for the radiologist which means you dont cover for anything I am just paying for medical aid that does not do anything or pay for anything firstly the reason why we have medical aid is to over important procedures I had to do these procedures where do you think all this money comes from I am so disgusted I will never refer anyone to this medical aid Its terrible!
