Hospitalised and Topmed serviced me well:***

i just want to appreciate Topmed for their excellent service, i was sick and hospitalized numerous timesto a point where i had to be operated and when we called in to ask for authorizations and when the claims were sent through from the many Dr's that had to take a look at my health all was processed very speedily and it made my life easier. And when i was out of hospital the nurse (Sr Mary-Anne)(part of Topmed group) checked out on me just to see that all is well with me. And few weeks later when i was on sick leave after the operation one of the consultant from their mental health department called to see if all is well with me after my operation and if i needed any counseling that they could provide if i needed any. Honestly i was very grateful on how my medical aid handle my claims and my well being.
