Harassment!!!

I received a call from these people requesting that I make a payment of 200+ for an outstanding amount that I owed. i made an arrangement with the gentleman, and went to the bank on the very same day to make the payment. This was on the 24th of August. I requested a statement, so that I could have record of what it was that that I am paying for, but instead, they sent a statement with a totally different amount. <br> <br> A few days later, a lady called, still requesting that I make the very same payment. I told her that the payment was done, she requested for proof of payment, again, that was sent. I requested that a paid up letter be sent, and I again requested that a statement be sent for that particular amount they keep hounding me for. I still did not receive anything.<br> <br> Today, the 10th of September, I still get another call requesting for the same payment. Now I have spent more than R200, calling them to have this sorted out. Now this is Topmed harrasing me. The account number that was sent to me via SMS is ***. <br> I have spoken to the supervisor, who has promised to have this sorted out. May I ask that this matter be looked into urgently and sorted out.
