Frustrating service,false advertising

Topmed promises alot and delivers very little of those promises. I am now sitting with accounts that I will most probably never be able to pay due to the faith I had in Topmed.

It's so frustrating to know that our lives are in the hands of people that don't even understand anything health related. They get to decide your health status.

My daughter and my mom have been through so much and I have actually decided that provincial hospitals will be my best option, because no matter what plan you are on there's just no full cover. Copayments and non payments or declined. I have a look g list of declined claims which I have an authorization number for.

Very sad that I have gotten like 20+ people to join this terrible medical aid.

Useless beyond. A waste of money and airtime and data.

Downloading forms,paying go consultantions to get forms filled in,get authorization number just to get declined? Daughter was admitted they declined saying it's not a PMB,got her discharged as I did not have the amount hospital asked for,later to realise that it was a PMB. Pathetic! Totally useless.
