False Information on phone lines

Extreamly ****ed off with this medical scheme. <br> <br> I went in for a emergency due to pain in my appendix area. i phoned the medical aid beforehand and stated my medical aid number and that i am on a network plan but need to go to hospital for emergency. I was not admitted as they said my appendix was inflamed and they did not want to remove right away so put me on medication.<br> <br> Upon leaving i had to pay the bill upfront. when trying to claim back as i was told i would be covered fully the medical aid replies saying i am network and will only cover a small portion.<br> <br> done with this medical aid ...<br> false promises not met!!<br> <br>
