Doesn’t pay service providers
This is the worst medical aid ever! I have seen their patients , charged at medical aid rates and even traveled out to assess and deliver their patients at other hospitals but I haven’t been paid since 2016! They have received the claims but refuse to pay! I would recommend no doctor treat patients from this medical scheme ! They are obviously ********** and I will be reporting them to the medical schemes board as well as the board of healthcare providers! Service providers be ware!
