I went for a consultation at arwyp hospital,TO MY SUPRISE i get a call from arwyp saying i have to pay R430 because I AM OUT OF BENEFITS????!!!!!!WHAT THE F***K ?

You are currently registered on the Network option. On the network option you have to make use of a CareCross provider to gain access to treatment.
Should you require treatment after hours you are required to pay for the claim upfront and claim it back from CareCross.
We will email you the claim form that must be completed that needs to be submitted to CareCross for payment.
