Compliment call ***

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>This is to compliment the lady who assisted me with call ref ********** .</p> <p>I was requesting for a simple thing my membership certificate and two of you consultants could not help me they kept on sending the document tp the wrong email while I confirmed with them the new email address.</p> <p> </p> <p>The last call the lady was so patient and even waited for my confirmation to say I received the documents. She even gave a ref call which is something I did not get when I initially called. She did a job well done. Its people like her that we need in the customer service.
