Claims not paid in time
<p>I sent out a claim to be refunded the amount i paid to see the doctor last week Tuesday and still even today i have not received any response, What is the SLA for claims?</p> <p> </p>

As per our telephonic discussion, your account has been captured and will be going through on our next payment run. We have two payment runs per month for the TopMed Network option, the run being the 14th of June 2016.
