Claim still not paid after 2 promises

<p>Im verry dissapointed by this scheme after being promised that my claim was released and even today its still not paid. Chalene and Michelle called to promise that claim was paid but its still not in my account. I fail to understand as i was informed that they only have 2 dates top realise money of which its the 14 and 28 but still to date claim is not yet paid. I submitted the claim on the 31st May</p>
