Breach of contract

If you are thinking of joining Topmed, please think twice. I have to go for a procedure which was declined as they \do not cover my procedure on my plan\" . They call 1 procedure 2 names on their policy, one name is covered but the other one is not (bare in mind both names are the same procedure). I disputed the fact that they declined it twice, my doctor has sent them 2 motivations, but still no hope. We have appealed it once again. My appeal has been with Topmed for 2 days already and all Justin from Topmed can say is \"At this stage there is no feedback in regards of the appeal to the board\". My operation is in 2 days and Topmed could not be bothered about my health. They are buying time so they don't have to pay for the procedure. My procedure is a funtional operation and HAS to be done. Discovery pays for this procedure, proof that Discovery is tops. Don't waste your time with Topmed. Not only are they expensive, but they are also uncaring, misleading and ducking and diving paying for certain expensive procedures. "
