Bills for everything

Very unhappy with Topmed medical aid. When I app**** for the medical aid the active saver plan sounded great but realized quickly almost everything is taken only from the small savings plan from the scheme from the total amount I pay per month only R256 goes into my savings, my chronic medication, doctors visits, gynecologist and glasses is everything taken from this small amount that means I get a bill for everything. Im now 4 months pregnant and medical bills are piling up ,at every gynecologist appointment they tell me my medical aid is exhausted and I need to pay R800 ,when I app**** to topmed the benefits showed I have 6 appointments and 2 scans but they don’t cover my visits. Are they going to cover anything for the birth? They always phone me back when I log an enquiry but there is always an excuse for why they are not going to cover. Im just so tired of receiving bills when i pay my medical aid monthly.
