Bad service, unreliable, ***********

<p>I have been having problems with this medical -aid since I started: Firstly : money was deducted on my account about R 4 050 on the 3rd May 2016, for what don't know. Secondly: my husband was supposed to be on my medical aid from 1st April, nothing was done until I requested the membership certificate that's where I found out that he's not included. Thirdly: I app**** for this medical aid on the 4th February 2016, till today I haven't received any documents or a membership card to produce at the medical facilities. Lastly: I app**** for this medical aid before being pregnant and I even told the broker that I am planning to be pregnant and she said it was ok because I am not pregnant at the time "as long as the time I app**** for a medical aid I was not pregnant" and now they don't cover for it. The matter was investigated last week; no one bothered to phone me back to let me know about the results. ( just found out when I phone them today that the investigation were unsuccessful, without the facts). The story of my life with topmed medical scheme </p>
