bad service

<p>i have app**** for this medical aid and i still have not received my card and i have contacted them as i was with my husband on the scheme but he was told by his employers that he will have to use a work medical aid as he works for the mine,so i contacted them and asked want do i need to remove the depended that manager in the call centre told me i can start paying R1350 as from 2016/08/25 because i gave been paying R2700 for 3mnths while i was on the waiting period,today i received an email stating my membership has been suspended due to non payments ......what about the 3mnths that i was apying and waiting for?i have not received my card nor contracts but because i called a month ago that my husband cannot be on two medical aids they have cancelled and i do not have any communications regarding the cancellation im still waiting for them.i have used a scheme and never received any complains, the consultant i spoke to said its my fault that i did not write wherelse the mangaer just told me they will cancel and send me a new card.so now my money is going down the drain because they did not give me the service they promised me.</p>
