Bad experience

Worst experience ever from consultants. I have asked my query to be directed to the manager as I am not happy. Consultant said it can't be resolved as I am failed to follow the procedure. Amalgamation affected me so badly the way I am frustrated can even loose my baby. I called the number that is written on FQA that was sent to us on the 12 July nothing says there we must contact Topmed for pregnancy benefit. Now it seems as if I am at fault because my benefits can't be activated under new scheme which is Fedhealth FEd1 I have done nemorous calls trying to sort this out getting different information from different consultants. We are not the 1 who need to change medical aid at this time. Phamphet stipulates that we will have full maternity benefits regardless of what you have have already used nothing says we must register with Topmed. I have registered with Baby programme on Fedhealth before the 1st of Aug. You can trace a call that I have made on the 18th July with one of your consultants while I was in need of auto to visit a Dr while my savings were depleted I stated that I am pregnant there is no advice I have received saying I must register with Topmed. If this almagation was done by the beginning of the year there would be no problem or challenges like these we will know exactly what to do other than this confusion. Please assist me on this regard.
