Shopping online from Topman UK

I purchased a suit coat from Topman UK's online site on the 14th of November. The same coat is going for approximately R2300 in South Africa but was being advertised for just 36 pounds on the online website which seemed like an absolute bargain. Instead of giving it to me for 36 pounds they charged me 45 pounds plus the 10.50 pound international distribution fee. I have been trying to query as to why I was not charged the 36 pounds as stated in the adverti*****t but no one has rep**** to me in over a week. Secondly this is my first time purchasing online from overseas so I was not really aware for customs duty billing etc. I was given an invoice for customs duty, agent fees and documentation fees which totalled to R977. 00. So ultimately what initially seemed like a bargain ended up being the same as paying for the same item in South Africa with the added risk (wrong size etc). These added fees should be shown upfront with a purchase so it gives us as the customers a idea of what the total would be. So I would not advise purchasing anything from Topman online as their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.
