Really Pathetic Service Delivery / Poor Workmanship & Quality of Work

Work started on 25 May 2018. Started off well with the removal of tiles etc. Thereafter had issues with the tiling, installation / amendment needed for the bath tub drainage pipe and the damaged the new vanity cabinet on build and installation. Called the director (Innocent) who came through to have a look at the issues and advised that they are all fixable so i gave them the opportunity and poor workmanship / quality of work persisted even after their attempts to fix. This resulted in further costs to me as i needed to purchase new materials and incur cost for new contractor to come through to fix the mess. I would refer these guys to anyone.
