Not given sufficient information about my policy

<p>I spoke to a lady by the name of Mbali Nhlengethwa of topline brokers. She then referred me to an insurance named Western National insurance.One of the consultants called me to finalise my policy. According to my understanding my policy is suppose to cover me whenever I got into an accident. Now I hit a pothole 3 weeks ago and now this insurance is refusing to pay they say I'm not covered for such. I'm not happy about the service both the broker and the insurer gave me. I have wasted a lot of my money going up and down,making endless calls to their not reachable claims department. I need a proper explanation from the seniors as my am I treated this way.</p>
