Thanks for great service

We have a borehole which was installed by Top Line Boreholes. When ever we have any problems we can phone Alan and he assists immediately. He dispatches his employees to assist without any further cost for call out. Late on Tuesday evening 12th April 2016, the water stopped completely. Our borehole services the whole house so this was a major problem. We phoned Alan late after hours and explained. He then ensured that one of his employers came to our house the following morning. Unfortunately a part had burnt out due to surge through from continual outages. The part was identified, we then went locally got the part and it was immediately installed. The guys that came waited fitted the part ensured all was working properly and were at the house for over an hour. This back up service is free of charge there is no call out charge no further cost than the actual part. It is great to know that you can call at anytime and receive such excellent service Thank You to Alan and his Team.
