Great personnel & service!

<p>We approached Topline Boreholes towards the end of November. It was already approaching a time where most companies that are capable of doing the work were winding down. We required two boreholes to be drilled and equipped as the municipality began water shedding and our production would suffer every time this happened. Our requirements and time line restrictions were communicated to Topline from the onset and they seemed very accommodating. A meeting with Ramone yielded good results and a basic plan was set out.</p> <p>We continued with the advised process post drilling. I'm writting this review on the 20th of December and currently our two boreholes are equipped. Topline even went a step further than could reasonably be expected and fitted a temporary pump in one of the holes in a bid to provide us with water while we waited for our pumps from Grundfos to arrive. Once the pumps came in they finished the job swiftly and without incident.</p> <p>All in all, a very good result, from a company that does what needs to be done in a professional manner with as little inconvenience to the client as possible. The service, products, expertise and implementation of all the above make the experience a worthwhile investment, in my humble opinion.</p> <p> </p>
