Dishonest And Unprofessional

In February 2015 I approached TopLine Borehole to install a Borehole. I was initially told that the borehole installation would take seven days. They failed to explain the process and let us know what to expect. They contracted the drilling of the borehole to a company called Aquaearth in Randburg. The drilling company that the contracted to drilled the hole damaged my driveway. It took them almost three weeks to put everything together. Whenever we called them to follow up, they would always make excuses and they make empty promises. Finally, with us phoning and persisting, they brought all the spares to complete the installation. When I asked them to repair the paving, they refused, and he promised me over the phone that he would repair the paving. I They confirmed over the phone that they will repair my driveway. On Saturday the 07/03/2015 Topline Borehole came out to turn on the borehole and everything worked fine. We spoke to Abdul Rahim Allana ((Ramon) and ask him if them if they will at least fix our driveway that was damaged by the company they hired. He said that they will not repair the damage and we must speak to AquaEarth to repair the damage. He also said that we made up the story about the driveway being damaged. I had to get my insurance company to repair the damage. On the 10/03/2015 the borehole stops working. They were supposed to first run the water from the borehole outside on the road to get off all the muck. They did not do this and now after 4 days of working the pump packed up. Because they did not follow the correct procedure. They have now pulled off the whole cabling and underground pump out and promise to repair and restore the water again. Just false promises again. I have phoned them multiple times and today is the 11/3/15. They do not communicated with us and did things in their own time. I called the father Abdul Razack Allana (Alan) who was very rude and shouted and put the phone down on me. He did not apologies and has no way of dealing with his client. We are still waiting for them to fix the Pump. I would never recommend TopLine Borehole to anyone as both father (Alan) and son (Ramon) are dishonest. It was extremely frustrating dealing with Abdul Rahim Allana (Ramon) and Abdul Razack Allana (Alan)
