Beware of Topline Boreholes

Beware of Topline Borehole. We were looking for someone to assist with our borehole problems, after searching many websites and reading up about what other people say about the companies, we decided as Topline Boreholes, has great Testimonials, to get them to sort out our problems. it has now been 4 weeks of promises and our borehole is still not fixed. First they state will be there first thing in the morning, by lunchtime when you have phoned 3 times already, just to here the guys are on there way, or they are 30 min away, you phone them again and again, just to hear they will call the guys and get back to you, yes but still waiting for that call. They have done everything from the electrical to replacing parts etc, now apparently our pump. which they said the Tuesday is faulty and will have to be checked first. Only to be collected 3 days later, following up on Monday afternoon once again we will check and get back to you, but no getting back!!! Now we sitting without a borehole working, no pump and no water!!!!! This is to warn people don't always trust a testimonials as they seem to load only positive ones!!!!!
