Abdul Razack Allana (Alan) , Very Rude Man

On Saturday the 07/03/2015 Topline Borehole came out to turn on the borehole and everything worked fine. We spoke to Abdul Rahim Allana ((Ramon) and ask him if the will at least fix our drive way that was damaged by the company they hire. He said that they will not repair the damage or speak to AquaEarth to repair the damage. He also said that we made up the story about the drive way being damaged. On the 10/03/2015 the borehole stop working. They were supposed to first run the water from the borehole outside on the road to get off all the muck. They did not do this and now after 4 days of working the pump packed up. Because they did not follow procedure .They have now pulled off the whole cabling and underground pump out and promises and promises again have not come to repair and restore water again. Just false promises again. My daughter has phones them a number of times today the 11/3/15.They no more want to talk with us do things on their own time. I called the father Abdul Razack Allana (Alan) who was very rude and put the phone down on me. He did not apologies and has no way of dealing with his client. we are still waiting for them to fix the Pump.
