Dishonest and disrespectful and completely disgusting i want my refund NOW

Absolutely disgusting service, first they over charge me which I had to query there delivery claim to your door 5-7working days it now been well over a month then they change the delivery service which was one red flag to me the 1 shipping company say it’s at sa custom an the next mail I get for a company called 17track just like wish, no the package in on leaving the Nederland on the way to sa! How do I go from Ohio to be shipped to sa it’s at our customs then I left customs and was with the courier service in transit, couple days after I asked for them to give me the courier’s number, then all of a sudden it was now at the nerdland postal service being sent to! After many time informing the they are in breach of there shipping time frame and I was assured is would be delivered to my house 4 times I’ve ask for a refund and I have stated they are in breach of there owe underwriting again they have refused to refund me on the 8th of October is will be 2 months this is disgusting and unacceptable which is the correct governing body to expose the people the charge 6 x the price as i thought I’d look of wish heaven behold the same product for 44 rand these people ripping ppl off. I have wanted long enough they have not kept to there agreement and I want something to be done to these snakes in then grass
