Horrible Service and deducting payments without comfirmation

<p>Tophatter is an online bidding website that offers low pricing for bidding on specials</p> <p> </p> <p>I placed a bid, won the bid, and when I wanted to pay they had a problem with my Credit card - I reported the problem to the contact centre and they told me I am not adding my details in correctly - I reassured them that I did and they asked for a screen shot of my Credit Card and I refused then I had a deduction from my bank and I closed my account and reported the company. </p> <p> </p> <p>POOR POOR service </p>
