Topform Steel Solutions – Our Very Disappointing Experience

Our experience with Topform Steel Solutions has been extremely disappointing. We paid the full amount for roofing sheets, but only received approximately a quarter of the order, and even those sheets were supp**** in the wrong lengths. Since April 2026, we have been struggling to obtain the balance of our order or receive a refund. Debbie, who handled the transaction, has repeatedly provided excuses and conflicting explanations, including claims that she is waiting for refunds from suppliers. She even sent a scheduled payment notification, but no payment was ever received. Customers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company. In our experience, promises were not honoured, communication lacked professionalism, and the products supp**** were of poor quality and incorrect specifications. We have found Debbie to be unreliable and lacking in business ethics and credibility. Unfortunately, her conduct has seriously damaged the reputation of Topform Steel Solutions. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Topform Steel Solutions and strongly advise potential customers to do thorough research before making any payments.
