A really valuable source of hard-to-find and high-end industrial and construction fasteners. That is their selling point. I never hear them claiming to be cheap. Good service in my experience. Yes, for the COMMON types you can usually get a lower price somewhere else (if it's actually worth the extra stop because you need hundreds - you make the call). But for other fastener types, you can't get it cheaper because no-one else stocks them! Some sizes of HDG bolts, bimetal stainless self-drilling *****s - these are few of the items I've never found anywhere else in SA. IN that case, a fair price comparison would be Topfast vs courier airfreight from the UK for example. I also noticed Topfast seemed to stay open unusually late into December which is very helpful in certain situations.
