Wikideals and Spur Topeka - still no reply

I trust this email finds you well.

I bought this voucher yesterday to take my mom out for Mothers Day, i specifically read the terms and conditions which states the following: Coupon expires on 30 July 2026. Excludes: public holidays; 10 May 2026; 21 June 2026. Coupon valid all week for lunch or dinner.

Which means i could use it yesterday which didn't happen, i was told even if they try and put it in the system it would not be possible, they would need to phone "pilot" which i told them to do, no one got back to me and i again called the manager who said it takes very long and she doesn't even know if she will get through.

No help or effort was made, i told them to leave it and we ordered off the menu, i am shocked byt the treatement we received, how bad the service was, how long food took to come out, with our stater coming after our main meals.

I would like a refund on this voucher please as i wont be visiting this spur again after this ordeal.
