Topdestination.rentals uncompassionate and *******.

I am furious,....I did a booking for my parents and kids last week, and as since we are now facing a national disaster, while holiday club has given me a full refund. Topdestination.rentals refuses to grant me a full refund and are charging me a ridiculous cancellation amount. As I can understand their business is affected, we have no choice but to cancel the above booking as it is health.safety first. The circumstances under which we are canceling are unique and it's not intentional yet they refuse to understand the severity of the situation we are facing. For them its business as usual...
