TOPCRETE - POOR QUALITY

I am the Architect that worked with Topcrete on a beautiful upmarket renovation in Claremont. Topcrete did all the internal concrete floors. Topcrete supp**** a really low quality product, full of blemishes and very bad colour variations. We asked Topcrete to come back and fix the chipped and dis-coloured areas and to seal the floors, and each promise came with a disappointment after a disappointment. They arrived the first time to fix and seal the floors only to grind spots into the concrete floors (where they would fix it) and to leave it as is. It looks like polkadots, its terrible. They never came back to fix it. Never in my 12 years in architecture have I worked with such a poorly run company who takes no responsibility, lie constantly and take no pride in the work they do. I am really disappointed.
