Concrete floors are a disaster!!

Topcrete did our concrete flooring in 2014 and after only a few months all the stoep areas were cracking. Topcrete wanted more money to 'repair' the areas but never made any joints to prevent cracking. There were also areas in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom that area cracking. After long discussions I imformed Topcrete that there are about R25000 worth of damages and they agreed to pay me back 50% of that. The still owe me about R4000 but are just ignoring numerous calls and emails. I am considering suing them for the full R25000 worth of damages plus legal fees. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
