I have been using the services of TopCakes for the last 4 years and must commend the owner on her brilliant creations and customer service. I have never been disappointed by her attention to detail and her going the extra mile to accommodate my requests. (and I know I can be difficult)..<br> I would recommend TopCakes based on my experience, so I must admit I was pretty surprised to read the previous post. I was referred to Topcakes by a friend who also raves about the company and has been a loyal client since it opened.
