Do not use this website. Placed an order on 30 May 2026, received order update 4 June 2026 - then nothing despite numerous follow-ups. Then on 20 July 2026, email to *** bounced back. Sent messages on FB and Instagram. More digging and it seems a ****. As per the website, checked registered address and it is a run-down house in Mbombela. Requested a call-back of funds from my bank - hopefully Capitec will comply with FNB's request. Logged complaint with National Consumer Council and now here too. Seems Shopify has stopped their online transactions as well.
