Deposit Refund

I am happy to confirm that i received my full deposit amount from the agency. After communication with Ester who fully explained to me why there was a delay in processing my payment, she personally made sure that my money was paid in the month of February still. I understand that the delay was not on their side but the Landlord. A special Thank you to Ester for all of this.
