Deposit not refunded back

<p>These agents are *******. My sister paid R4800 deposit and stayed only one year in the apartment but they are saying they will only give her R750 deposit back. They say the rest is for maintenance of the apartment. My sister did not break anything. She left the place clean but they ripped her off on her deposit.</p> <p> </p> <p>Whenever my sister reported a fault(be it electrical or anything) to them to check it out, they never came. Now they claim to be using the deposit to paint walls, clean windors, clean carpert. The apartment hardly needs painting because no kids were staying in it. How can cleaning the apartment cost them R4000?</p> <p> </p> <p>The previous tenant before my sister was also complaining about their bad service and rude attitudes.</p>
