2009, 10 & 11 financials still not done even though paid for in advance by debit order

The worst service provider I have ever dealt with!! I have been struggling for years to get accurate financials from Topaz Accounting in Pretoria (previously Treoc Accounting in Randburg). They were paid in advance by means of monthly debit order and they just don't deliver. After years of begging, pleading and fighting I finally received financials in December 2012, however, every single bank balance in the financials was incorrect. The discrepancies varied from R250.00 to about R1500.00 on each balance. They failed to provide me with trial balances and general ledges to check that the financials were correct when requested. Since 2010 they have lost my paperwork repeatedly. The last time I hand delivered 400 pages of statements, invoices, etc to their Pretoria office. This too has been lost. I did not know that it was possible to receive such atrocious and disgusting service. Their managers are arrogant and condescending. Their staff are great at assuring you that the problem will be resolved, however, years go by and nothing gets done. I met with them again in December 2015 and was assured that the problem would be resolved, it is now May 2016 and I still don't have accurate financials or any reports and of course none of my paperwork can be found.
