Poor service

Hello Peter, we have a serious problem with a company, they close all their branches without any notice to their customers, I find out that they partnered their business with other company then I send my claim via those companies, I received a call from them state that I have to open a state account because the beneficiary past away, after that call they are quite no call nothing happen. They have to give me a form to magistrate court.
