Poor customer services

Hello peter, I feel the pain because of Top Top, my uncle join Top Top so that when his time comes he will be buried with dignity but its look like there just collecting his money for their benefits because I buried my uncle with my own pocket after they refuse to pay, because we lost my aunt first who was uncle's beneficiary, we to court to get letter of authority and we fail because our surnames are different to my uncles surname. Does that mean Top Top won't pay? It is their fault because they close their office at Nkandla without any notice to their customers and we didn't change the beneficiary because of their fault. I've sent all documents to prove that I am the family member but they do nothing.
