Turf Paint

On the 8th of July 2021 I went to Top T in Southgate to buy tiles and 5 buckets of 20litre paint (Turf Paint) to be specific and it says its exclusive to TopT on the 21st of July 2021 I started using the paint to my surprise 2 buckets of the paints were experied nd I realised that after painting the other side of the house the colour was not the same texture was a mess I took it back same time to the store spoke to the salesman named Mandrew well they all saw the paint that it was not something to be sold he laid a complaint then promised to call me following day well he called me to say he spoke to the supplier and one of the suppliers came to the store to check other paints nd they promised to come to my house and check the paint nd I then called on the 21st of July 2021 to find out how far are they with the supplier then Madrew told me he will call me back he never called after 5 days I called again to find out if I'm gonna be refunded or given a new paint he still told me that his waiting for the supplier they were in the store but didn't say anything I then told him that if they don't attend to my complaint I'll complain direct he said no need cause its still going to be the same process.On the 4th if August I was at the store to buy other items when I asked for Mandrew they told me his off and well they recognized me then told me they still waiting for the supplier. Its been a month nd couple of weeks nothing is being done.All I'm asking is my money back for the paint that was wasted nd wrong color.I don't appreciate the service I'm getting from the supplier cause I know Madrew the salesman is been trying to contact them so I guess his also tired hence he never called me again cz he was giving me updates but that lasted only 3 days after that nothing happened till now so I want to know how long does it take to resolve a complaint.Im very disappointed at the supplier and the store for not keeping me in the loop so basically I was ****** by the store.I'm not happy with the Suppliers from Turf Paints they don't care about customers imagine if I never bought another paint and waited for their response that means my house would have been incomplete till now.This is a complaint from last year reason why I'm writing another review is the paint now is starting to pill and it damages the wall the last time I spoke to Given the consultant from store he said someone will come test the paint that was last year 2021 July if someone came my whole yard and house walls would have been fine but now every
