Top tile poor quality products

Good day,

I bought a bathroom mixer at one of their branch in Southgate (Johannesburg) on Tuesday 30th August 2022. On Sunday the 4th did the installation only to find out that the mixer is actually leaking on the arm. When I read the refund policy it read the item must be sealed , how can it be sealed if it needs to be tested ? And they don't answer their phone beacuse they know very well about the poor quality of their products. VERY POOR QUALITY 😢
