Top Tile making promises they can’t keep

I ordered a tile for my bedrooms to that my passage can be the same as the bedrooms. The manager at Top Tile Northam said he would source it for me at their other stores and it was found in Krugersdorp. Now when I’m ready to purchase I’m told that it’s discontinued and he had reserved the stock for me with my money so I’m confused. I need that time to be made available because I can’t use any other tile and I was promised that it would be sourced. Please contact me for details and images of the tile
