Top Tile - Alberton- Bad service and Bad attitude

This is the Second time i had to deal with a rude person in one shop. I went to TopT on Tuesday 15.09.20. i bought a Mafadi combo of which i bought 2 of those and on my arrival at home later that day i realised that the first combo was missing Grout remover , so Today i went to the shop as i couldnt go in yesterday as the tiller was busy in the yard so today i went in again to buy the same combo. I was assisted by Linda this time around so Dineo was there at the till point so i happen to mention the incident that i recieved my things and one combo didnt have Grout Remover and i was asked by the lady next to her why i didnt complain that time and i told her i 'm here now telling you both her and Dineo left me with no answer of which i had asked why the special is saying with sponge and i didnt recieve it it was explained that no sponge. So today story im being told the combo changes everyday and be told rudely that i should understand that theres no stock and i had to explain that im buying for the 3rd time and now i'm being told it changes daily. i went to my car to go get both the slip of Tuesday's purchase then without even saying sorry i was given the bonding liquid by Linda. Dineo you are very rude and its not the first time when i come there and you treat me like i'm forcing you to be at work . You can be telling me that i should understand that things changes daily and of which how come is the price staying the same . She is very rude even in July she left me standing in the shop and she rudely responded to the other guy to say she thought i was assisted. We are human being and we deserve to be treated with respect .. you might know all about whats happening in your workplace but you need to treat people with respect . The way she react its like she is saying either take it or leave it . Yes we know TopT has special that are to die for but Dineo and your friend please fix your attitude cause i still need my grout remover from Themba as he is the one that had my thing missing and i called to be told he's not in the office today17.09.20. I'm so hurt and heart broken by TOPT service. Dineo one more time you are rude .Please take her to training for customer service as i believe i'm not the only one that she has done this to.
