Rude Manager

Had the worst customer service at the Toptile in Nelspruit Mbombela town just next to Chicken Linken. I went there with my mother who has been a long standing customer with them and she made a card payment, the money was taken from her account but they said since it’s not reflecting on their side she must go to Capitec, when we explained & showed proof that the money was taken from the account the consultant asked us to wait for 4 hours until the money reflects. When we asked for the manager, The manager was particularly rude and arrogant when we asked for assistance and even went as far as to tell my mother who has been a long standing customer that the company is there for making money and not there to solve costumer issues. The manager went as far as to say their card machine network issue was not their fault and that my mother must take it up with Capitec. I have never experienced such poor Customer service. @Toptile Nelspruit Town kindly look into that guy you call a manager, he is rude, has zero people skills and was giving us attitude and trying to argue while we had simply asked for a solution because all we wanted was assistance.
