Complaint

I bought tile from Top tiles middelburg store in mpumalanga(top t). I purchase more than needed then took the extras back to the on its original package and state. Initially Thabiso said is not company policy to return tiles, then he changed and said R1000 maximum return amount is permitted. My total returns is R2600. After speaking to the manager my return was approved and I was told that they don't have cash as they only refund in cash. I have been waiting for almost 4 weeks and to date no one has called with any updates about my money. I have spent more than R70k purchasing tile from top t and I'm not happy with the service I got so far.
