Bad customer service

I bought 3box of ceiling. Peter store porter loaded my ceilings and tighted them. I asked him that I they strongly tightened they wouldn't break. He said yes is how they tightened them. Apparently the wind broke one of them. I went to report 2day the manager asked Peter if he used bath tape.peter admitted that he never used it.manager told me to bring back the one that was broken 2 exchange. But for my surprise when I brought it back the was this guy by the name of kgomotso. Who said to me I broke that box at home the is no way I will get exchange. He also said I was driving speed that is why is broke. He was rude and disrespectful. He said how come the middle box be broke not all of them. And I surprised because he wasn't there when Peter loaded the box knowing that the one that was broken was in the middle. I'm disappointed. And I don't think I will ever put my foot ever again at that store.i think the manager of that store is scared of this guy because she said nothing. When I was insulted by one of her staff. The guy was ever shutting at me i was harassed. I don't think he knows customer service what i received is bad service.
