TopTile Nyanga not opening door at 8am

I purchased an online order, checked opening times for TopT Nyanga...8am on Wednesday. Get to store at 8am they say they can't open and on a Wednesday they open 8:30am. .what the hell...I phone the store from other side of the gate...guy just says "haai, Haai! We open 08:30..." I have to drive back to home and go to work and come back Thursday. What kind of service is this!!
