I want my refund!

I purchased a shower glass at Top T in Alberton on 10/07/2026 unfortunately the glass was to small so had to return it.Returned it on the 16/07/2026 they profusely refused to exchange nor refund me.The sales lady was utterly rude was not even at liberty to ask for her name hence she was so rude accusing me of all sort!I comp**** with their return policy written at the back of the slip .Angry and furious I left the shower glass in-store because I had to go purchase the glass elsewhere.I just want my refund hence everything was in perfect order.I felt so ill-treated for my money or is it because I am black!
