*****ing, misleading and misconduct

I bought paint at Top T Roodepoort, when I got there the agent who assisted me I specifically told him I wanted a washable paint and it must be matt. He suggested the pain and I choose color now I see the paint is wearing off at my bathroom. It’s been a few months now the wall has stains and when I try to wash them the paint washes off and leaves a mark that is very untidy. I called them today after seeing the bathroom pain is washing off due to steam and they telling me the grace period is over they cannot help me. Grace period works if I bought a paint I was not happy with due top texture or color but in this case I was happy with the color and texture of the pain until the paint started getting dirty and when trying to wash it I couldn’t wash coz it's not washable. I specifically told them washable and matt now I’m sitting in a house that is so dirty worse than before I bought this paint and painted the house its hardly a year I need to buy another pain and pain again, pay the painter another R2 000 in less than a year, paint must last at least a few years before we change and we change because we making home improvements, in this case, coz they paint was wrong and it's not even my fault. I wanted to buy once off so I was not planning to buy cheap or wrong pain that is not washable. An agent there convinced me it was the best and even gave me a person to come paint from outside the shop. Now the Agent from there is telling me he cannot assist me and they won’t do anything for me in this case agent no longer works there and they no longer working with the supplier of that pain… Due to of course I'm very sure they had complains they selling ******* paint but they do not want to take responsibility for clients who came there to buy as they were in partnership with those suppliers and now I have wasted paint money and I paid the person who painted the house. That paint will not survive another 6 months and I need this query sorted. I cannot undo the painting and If I was given correct information, if I was not misled, if I was not told lies and convinced as a woman it was a washable and good paint I was not going to buy and you guys have sales consultants to assist clients and advise accordingly and provide proper information that is accurate so a client makes an informed decision. This was not the case I was cheated and ****med to buying a false product. If I wanted that pain due to financial reasons I would have taken it knowing it was for now not the future but I wanted something long term. But money was not an issue then because I wanted something that will last and I knew it was once off until a few years if necessary.

Now the person assisting me is telling it’s not washable at all, what must happen now to my flat looking the way it does. You cannot cheat clients for sales and then your managers do not give a **** who they **** over after because their agent has wronged you as a client and they tell you they won’t assist in any way. I’m going to take this further and report the ***** you doing to clients.
