Online Manager's stinking attitude

Yoh,I bought shower head, online by the 18/08/2024,I was offered the delivery and I agreed to it, when my delivery arrived I was expected to pay R370.00,Of which I refused Cos the distance from my house to the shop is less than 8Kms, when I asked why they didn't inform me about the amount,the online manager(Tshepo Machete)told me, that he didn't see the need,since they didn't help me with the online purchase, And he told me I will pay....How is that, Fortunately I didn't, but the Arrogance still amazes me.
