Damage bad quality

So last year I bought ceilings from these stores , on arrival I found that alot panels were damage . I spoke to the area manager after I had to threaten the store manager to come to hello Peter before I got his attention. They came to check panels , then said we haned it wrong so we caused damages which was far frm.the truth. They exchange only 6 panels . Today after all these months we open the closed box to use and there we found more damages in. Yesterday I bought silver cornices and it was put up. Whilst wiping it off the silver comes off at certain places as well. I am totally disgusted with the bad quality of your products . I am taking back the damage cornices tmrw . This is a total waist of my money , top t you are costing me so much money because of your bad quality. 👎
